Rose Quartz Heart Breathing Stone
My favorite specimen for this activity is a hunky, fist-sized piece of rough rose quartz. Hold the rose quartz over your heart center for the duration of the work. Using your imagination, breathe through the rose quartz into your chest cavity. Imagine the pink, healing energy filling up your entire chest cavity and going into all the spaces that hold onto stress and energetic or emotional congestion. With intention, deeply breathe back out through the rose quartz…releasing, transmuting, and clearing the heart center of anything not present in your highest good.
Take very deep, long breaths. Try to move the pink energy of the rose quartz as far outward into your body as you can before breathing it back out. Continue with the heart breathing until you feel “spent”, relaxed, and shifted to a far more peaceful state of being.
