7-Stone Rose Quartz Basic Reiki Grid
A basic Reiki grid is a 7-stone grid that uses all of the same stones at all of the placements within the grid. It is the most basic configuration you can use with the Flower of Life/Seed of Life pattern. It essentially just amplifies the energy of a single stone so that it radiates outward into the environment.
Rose quartz is my favorite stone because it radiates universal and unconditional love of all kinds. Hey, man, all you need is love. Love nurtures, protects, expands, heals, grounds, etc. You get the idea. I always use a basic rose quartz Reiki grid to teach people about gridding because it is one of the most universal energies you can use and it goes with ~everything~. If you are starting to create a larger, more complex grid that has multiple stone energies woven together, it is always a good idea to begin with the basic rose quartz grid first. Then you can add and subtract, feel and adjust, until your combination sings to you. My rule of thumb is this... if you don't know what you need and you don't know what to use, always grab rose quartz.
The rose quartz that will be in your basic set comes from Madagascar and is some of the most beautiful stuff I've ever seen and felt in the rose quartz family. We import rough rose quartz ourselves and Christopher and I select the stones for the sets ourselves. Trust me, it's good stuff.
